My sister has a beautiful baby girl, whom I’m very much looking forward to meet. Weight 7lb, 13oz. Both doing well. However my nephew seemed a lot more interested in his new train set than his new baby sister.
Apart from that fantastic piece of news, everything is very quiet in our household. I’m currently working a week of night shifts, so don’t have time for much else. And the boys have been staying with their grandparents since Easter Monday.
That didn’t give us much time for Easter activities, but the boys did enjoy decorating some hard boiled eggs, before eating them. And son1 surprised us with an Easter egg trail from the kitchen, through the hall and up the stairs. We had to give the eggs back to him though. But good initiative I thought.
