Furniture Choice are running a competition for bloggers to create a three course dinner party menu.
My dinner party theme is Poirot Investigates and guests will be taking part in a murder mystery game for entertainment throughout the evening. Little do they know, but one of them will be revealed as the murderer of poor Bloody Mary at the end of the evening. The dress code is black tie or flapper dress. Carriages at midnight.

The menu will also fit with the theme. So for starter, I am serving Bloody Mary Seafood Platter as per Jamie Oliver’s recipe. Then watch out – your goose is cooked for main course as per The Hairy Bikers recipe and someone has smothered the pigs with blankets. This is Roast Goose, Apple and Sage Stuffing, Cider Gravy served with Pigs in Blankets, Roast Potatoes, Green Beans, Brussels Sprouts and Roast Parsnips. And as a grand finale, the dessert is Death By Chocolate Cake served with whipped cream.
Come and enjoy.
