Tots100 and Center Parcs have challenged bloggers’ children to paint some bright and beautiful flowers. See this webpage for more details, where Center Parcs Creative Crafter, Emma Hull has shared her top tips. I was most inspired by Emma’s second tip which says Create an effective blossom print by dipping your fingers in paint and using your fingertips for the flowers.
Son 2 loves painting and drawing, so I told him the Spring flowers theme and suggested he did some finger painting flowers as per Emma’s tip. I reminded him how it would be similar to his thumb doodles book. He also incorporated a hand print for the stems. And this gorgeous card was the lovely result of his effort.

Great pictures, look forward to the day mine do pics like that but they are only 3 and 6 at moment. Maybe in a couple of years as my 6yr old daughter is keen on art but no where near as neat as that yet.
