NasalGuard Cold&FluBLOCK giveaway

Who has noticed that there always seem to be more colds and flu going round to catch once schools and nurseries start back in September? Spink are running a Back to School “Block that Cold” Mummy Blogger Challenge and have sent me a free tube of NasalGuard Cold&FluBLOCK so that I can participate in the Challenge.

NasalGuard Cold&FluBLOCK

NasalGuard Cold&FluBLOCK is an innovative, drug free, clinically proven cold and flu prevention treatment. The clear, non greasy gel is applied to the nostrils and upper lip regularly throughout the day which creates an invisible barrier in which airborne pathogens are snared and immobilised, reducing the likelihood of getting ill. Being drug free, this product is safe for children, pregnant women and breastfeeding mums. It can be worn over and under make up.

So son2 and I are going to start using this product in late August and continue throughout September. I will blog again with a review once the Challenge is underway.

The current RRP for NasalGuard Cold&FluBLOCK is £11.99 for a 3g tube of 150 applications and it is stocked at Boots, Superdrug, Alliance Pharmacies and Sainsbury’s.

And I’m hosting a rafflecopter competition to giveaway a packet of NasalGuard Cold&FluBLOCK to one lucky winner. I’m running the giveaway prior to the Challenge, so that the prize winner can also participate in the Challenge if they wish, but no obligation to do so.

Homemade chicken soup, served a couple of times a week.

Just place chicken in a large wok, surround with root veg.
    Add garlic, onions.
You can add any herbs you like.
    Season to taste.
Leave until chicken is tender .. remove and reserve flesh for another meal.

Its loaded with anti cold and flu properties.

Make a lot, and freeze in portions.
