Bruschetta

I have been sent a voucher for a free pack of Kerrygold butter and challenged to come up with a recipe using the beautiful seasonal produce of the summer. I also received a 50p money off voucher too. Kerrygold is stocked in most major supermarkets so very easy to spend the vouchers.

We have a couple of tomato plants in the garden which are laden with fruit, so I thought I would use some of our home-grown tomatoes with the Kerrygold butter to make bruschetta. I also used homemade bread which I bake in my bread machine two to three times each week.

You’ve made me hungry. I love bruschetta! Thanks so much for linking up with #recipeoftheweek. Sorry I was particularly slow getting over for this one. I’ve pinned it to my food board and a tweet will go out shortly 🙂
