Son1 was very pleased when we received a free copy of Shoutykid to review. At almost 400 pages, this is his most challenging read to date, and has taken him a good few weeks to read.
Shoutykid is a very funny story about 10 year old Harry Riddles who writes shouty letters to famous people! Son1 read some of it out loud to me, but most of it alone to himself. He found it very funny, chuckling away to himself. And I have to say, I plan to read it myself, based on enjoying the chapters that son1 read to me.
Here is son1’s video review of Shoutykid.
Shoutykid is currently retailing on Amazon for £3.85 compared to a RRP of £6.99. It is targetted at children, age 9+ and even though he isn’t 9 yet, son1 gave it the big thumbs up. It is published by Harper Collins.
Here’s the trailer.
Son1 also enjoyed looking at Harry’s blog on the Shoutykid website. They currently have a fun creative postal kids competition running to Zombify your Family. And if you sign up to the Shoutykid mailing list further down on the same page, you have a chance to win an iPad.
And I’m hosting a rafflecopter competition to giveaway a copy of Shoutykid to one lucky winner.
If you can’t see the Rafflecopter box above, either click the Rafflecopter link or you may alternatively enter via my Facebook page.
Disclosure. This post is a review of a product I was sent for free. All opinions are my own.

My two are probably still a bit young for the shouty kid, but we will remember it in a couple of years when my daughter is a bit older! Have read a few great reviews of it. readwithme.xx
